I have been using tomato for a while but its lacking one thing I desperately need. I am hosting a website from home using zone edit ddns but I have more than 2 domain names I'd like to update. I am currently using a Netgear WNR3500L v2 router with Tomato Version 1.28 by shibby. I've tried to edit and compile sources in the past but they always failed on me. I might re attempt it but figured I post about it first. I cant be the only one who refuses to pay for a static ip :P
Cool idea. ddclient.sh also works, but dnsomatic would keep your router configuration cleaner.
Another cool option is HE dns now integrates dynamic dns with ipv6. So if you keep your ipv6 tunnel up to date, you can have your dns up to date as well. That means if you are a person like me who registers your own domain names, you can keep those all up to date, and just drop using all these other services.
