I've been using various flavors of the tomato firmware for several years and just today I switched to shibby in an attempt to finally get IP Traffic graphing to work. While setting up the test hardware (one of 3 identical WNR3500L/U devices) I was able to connect through the router and see plots of my laptop's web usage which was encouraging. However in the final configuration this is no longer working and I'm hoping someone can point out whatever stupid error or assumption I'm making.
I'm using these devices as simple wireless access points onto an existing wired network. The DHCP server on the wired network provides all the wireless devices with IPs and I have the access points configured with the WAN disabled and its port bridged to the LAN. Physically the WAN port is connected to the wired network. I'm guessing disabling the WAN is where I'm running into a problem, but I think I'm kind of stuck with this configuration since we don't want to change the wired network just to accommodate this feature. The bandwidth graph works fine so I assumed the IP traffic one would as well….
