I' m used to using a Linksys WRT54gl with Tomato firmware, and has been great for years. Now I'm updating to RT -N66U. I've loaded the latest AIO Tomato firmware, but don't see how to change the router's IP address to 192.168.0.1 like I previously had. I don't use DHCP, So I suppose I could change all the machine ip's to follow the 192.168.1.x convetion but is there an easy way to change the router's ip ? Have been working to set up the router just from my pc and not inserted in the network connected to the modem. Any help appreciated.
Well shit, I figured it out myself. Thanks anyway.
It turns out that the menus are the same, so it was under Basic - Network. Just had to click on the address thingy so it would pop up in the "change" mode. Then click OK an extra time before hitting "Save this muther fucker". Now it works fine.
Now if I can just figure out how to change these goddamned colors back to the Tomato scheme I will probably be able to recognize everything better.
