]First of all I have 1400 kbits down and 135 kbits up.
The main idea why I want to use QoS ist that I have two people in my network and every time someone loads a webpage I get dc in a game.
So all I want to have is prioritizing game and voip traffic over everything else.
How I think QoS works,
1) Prioritizing traffic
2) and limit traffic.
I live in Germany and I have ADSL. It seems the current toastman build already has the ADSL feature, but if I set it so 32 PPoE then I get a ping of 4000ms in teamspeak 3.
Now I mainly play League of Legends and use teamspeak 3. I calculated that teamspeak uses around 8-9kB/s upload and League of legends around 5-8kB/s, which is nearly my entire upload traffic. The downstream is pretty low , ts3 20kB/s and league of legends around 13kB/s
So my current rules look like this
std toastman settings but:
VOIP/GAME 1 Priority and upload from 75-95% download from 40-60%
But when I start League of Legends I have like 2000ms. So what is the problem?
I am mostly sure that the ports are not set correctly. How do I get the ports of league of legends and teamspeak3?
