So, after some experience and research with both platforms, the upshot is that DD-wrt has Frater's Optware, the right way and tomatousb has excellent quality of service. In OTRW, there are the five tempting and solid firewalls: stophammer, stophack, asiablock, pixelserv, and worldblock — all superb. In tomatousb, the quality of service features are easy-to-use and efficient.
The problem is that tomato does not have support for OTRW and DD-wrt has a really weird QOS. Does anyone think that it would be hip if brainslayer, fractal, shibby, and toastman got together and talked only for a little bit? i think it would be coolio.
