So, I've been using an old version of DD-WRT since '09 and my routers have been encountering a myriad of connection dropping issues so I decided to change firmware.
Unfortunately for me, I can't get the internet working from the bridged router. I have the first router set up as an AP, to channel 11, SSID = Xbox, as 192.168.1.1. I have the 2nd router set up an a wireless bridge, to channel 11, SSID = Xbox, as 192.168.1.2. My bridged router indicates that it is connected to the network (indicated by signal strength), but I have no internet access or LAN access. The bridged router isn't able to successfully ping the original router. I'm using 2 WRT54GL routers. According to all the instructions I've read, it should work. So what gives?
