I'm having trouble connecting to my router from the internet. It used to work and as far as I can tell there were no changes made to my setup around the time I lost capability, although I have done some upgrades since. Here's some details:
System is a Belkin N300 router running Tomato Firmware v1.28.7501 MIPSR2Toastman-RT K26 USB VLAN-Ext (changed from tomato-NDUSB-1.28.8754-Lite in one attempt at a fix)
My external access setup was checked against several online how to's
Connecting with the Web GUI nor SSH with PuTTy do not work from the internet
Connecting with the Web GUI and SSH with PuTTy do work from inside my home network
My ISP assigned router ip address (WAN address) is pingable from the internet
Port forwarding works as I can access my home pc's via Remote Desktop or VNC and SSH to my Linux box

Could this be affected by my ISP at all (Time Warner)? I only ask this because I noted that several months ago my ip address stopped changing when it used to change very few months, even when I power down the cable modem for several hours. its still the same.
Any comments and suggestions to try gratefully received!
Thanks Derek
