Hello. I have a WRT300N V1 that I tried to update to Tomato. Seems that I downloaded the MIPSR2 build instead of MIPSR1. Downloaded the (wrong) file remotely, then drove an hour to my location to flash the firmware. Had DD-WRT installed on the router beforehand, and it happily accepted the MIPSR2 USB-Std firmware. Upon reboot, I now have a blinking power button, and a solid eth1 (when plugged in). I tried pinging the unit to see what comes up (nmap -v -SP 192.168.1.0/24…. though I've done quite a few subnets now), and nothing responds. getting "Destination Host Unreachable" for every IP I try that isn't my static-set IP.
I'm a little worried that this might be in an unuseable state, and I need to JTAG to fix this. can anyone help me, or point me towards instructions to fix this? Can I still flash the MIPSR1 to this somehow without breaking open the unit and doing things the hard way?
Thanks for any help.
