Hi. I am configuring Tomato as an OpenVPN client.
My goal is to have all traffic to be redirected so that when I check my IP address on www.whatismyip.com it would show the OpenVPN server's IP.
So far, Tomato connects to the OpenVPN server just fine, and I can confirm by pinging OpenVPN tun interface IP as well as all the rest of the VPN clients. However, I cannot ping any outside ip or google.com.
I followed the Tomato_OpenVPN_Setup wiki guide to configure tomato
-OpenVPN server is a remote location.-
In OpenVPN server host I have the following to accomplish all traffic to be redirected to client's TUN interface:
It is confirmed and working with multiple OpenVPN clients, both linux and windows. But it is still broken in Tomato's client.
set net.ipv4.ip_forward = 1 in
push "redirect-gateway def1"
push "dhcp-option DNS 220.127.116.11"
iptables -I FORWARD -i tun+ -j ACCEPT
iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING -s 10.8.0.0/24 -o eth0 -j MASQUERADE
What am I missing in Tomato OpenVPN client conf?
Thanks very much in advance.
