Hi all. Sorry if it's duplicate theme, I listed first 10 pages and find nothing, and looks like search box works only with site content, not forum.
I have Windows 8 on my desktop and I've just installed TomatoUSB on my Asus WL-520GU. I can see & mount external HDD. I set up samba as "yes, require authentication", set up login/pass and share names/permissions. Now I see router in network but I can't access it. Login/pass pair isn't valid. I double checked it. Then I set samba configuration to "yes, no authentication" with no luck - it still requires login/pass and don't accept any. I checked access from virtual machine with Ubuntu. With no autentication it can list root directory content, then it fails to open any of it. With authentication enabled, it can't list root and does not asks for password neither. Back to Windows, I tried to set "encrypt passwords = yes" in tomato config. I tried to set "LM and NTLM – use NTLMV2 session security if negotiated" on Windows group policies as it suggested in Internet. Nothing works.
Router itself does have access to HDD and it's filesystem: ftp works and I can go through folders in both Windows and Linux (I accidently killed all HDD contents while set up ftp, but nevermind).
