I'm sorry if this have been asked before, but I couldn't find anything with the search-tool.
I recently installed Tomato(Shibby) for the first time on my ASUS RT-N66U, and I have to say I really like it so far. But after finally finishing my home-network 3 days ago, I ran into a problem.
My network consist of my Router, 2 PCs and a RaspberryPi running mainly a Mumble Server. Since the Mumble Server is used by many of my friends and they also give the connection-information to people I don't know, I would like to have the RaspberryPi on a separate segment of the network, so I made a new vlan for port 4.
I forwarded ports for RDP to one of the PCs(on the main VLAN), for SSH to the Raspberry(on the second VLAN) and of course also for Mumble to the Raspberry.
So here is what is working and what isn't:
WAN access on all devices.
No LAN access between the two VLANs. (This is a good thing :) )
RDP, from WAN to the RDP-PC using the WAN-address. (Tested from my workplace)
RDP, from my other home-PC to the RDP-PC using the WAN-address.
SSH, from WAN to the RaspberryPi using the WAN-address. (Tested from my workplace)
Mumble, from WAN to the RaspberryPi using the WAN-address. (Tested from my workplace and from a friends network using my android-device)
SHH and Mumble from my home-PCs using the WAN-address. :(
SO… basically everyone besides myself, can use my Mumble Server.
I hope someone can help me? and if you need more information or screenshots just ask!
Thank you very much.
