I just tried to flash a toastman build onto my Linksys e3000. I updated the firmware through the Linksys software successfully with the toastman download, and it said it was successful. But, when I tried to login after with admin/admin I couldn't get in. I tried root/admin, just tying in admin as password, leaving both fields blank. Nothing worked. I tried restarting the router, but it wouldn't restart successfully. So I tried a reset. I have internet access, but I still can't get logged into the router. What did I do wrong and how can I access my router?

Try a 30-30-30 hard reset.
Hold Reset for 30 seconds (with power on)
Pull power, wait for 30 seconds
Plug power back in, wait 30 seconds (still holding reset)
let go of reset button
Just note: As far as I undestand the "flash sucessful" message only means that the firmware was successfully written to the flash. It does NOT tell whether the firmware just flashed will run on the device. You will get the same message if you flash garbage, provided the file has a correct checksum.
