I currently rock an Asus n16 / asuswrt 220.127.116.11.220.
It hasnt skipped a beat, real solid.
Thing is, Im looking to get more control over the firewall and QoS. I have another Access Point that shares an internet connection with a laptop, connecting to the Asus. The 2nd AP DHCP gives 172.16.42.1.x IPS. The asus is on 192.168.2.x.
I would like to be able to control the bandwidth of the clients that connect to the second router (172.16) They are on a different subnet, away from my lan.
Is this possible with tomato?
The second AP is for guest so I would like to restrict / limit there access to services such as torrenting, leeching bandwdith!, the ASUS for home networking, more private.
which tomato vers. should i go for guys
