I got an issue with my RT-N66U. External USB drives do not work properly (ioerrors).
After plugging in an 1TB USB 3.0 drive and just doing a "ls -lh /mnt/WD1TB" I get already "reset high speed usb device".
When writing files through samba sometimes everything goes well. Somtimes the md5sum of transferred files are wrong. Sometimes the transfer interrupts with ioerrors. After such errors the usb disk is not accessible anymore.
I tried to reduce max_sectors to 128, but that didn't help in any way.
echo 128 > /sys/block/sdb/device/max_sectors
Any suggestions?
