Today I flashed TomatoUSB version 1.28 onto my Asus RT-N66U router. My cell phone (an LG Optimus Slider, running Android 2.3.4) is not able to connect to my wireless network. I have configured my wireless network settings the same way as they were previously, and all of my other wireless devices (laptop, iPod Touch, Nintendo Wii) are able to connect without any changes in their settings. My phone was able to connect to the router with the stock Asus firmware, so I'm not sure what's wrong.
These are the wireless settings I've configured in my router, for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz:
Wireless mode: Access Point
Wireless Network Mode: Auto
Channel: Auto (I have also tried different channels that Tomato says aren't in use by other routers)
Channel Width: 40 MHz
Control Sideband: Upper
Security: WPA2 Personal
Encryption: AES
Group Key Renewal: 3600 seconds
I have also tried using different SSIDs for 2.4GHz and 5GHz. I'm at a loss as to why my Android phone can't connect. Does anyone have any ideas/tips?
