Hi. I have the ancient Buffalo WBR-G54 which is running the normal non-mod Tomato 1.28 and works just fine for my use. However, to my understanding the IPv6 is taking over and the stock Tomato does not support it. So what to do? Should I buy a new router or does some Tomato mod provide me IPv6 support? I understand that TomatoUSB supports IPv6 but can my router be flashed with the firmware? I think DD-WRT is supposed to work also, but I'd rather stay with Tomato since it's somewhat familiar and I believe there's no easy and safe way to switch from Tomato to DD-WRT (or is there?).
Any suggestions what to do? If I can use TomatoUSB, which version should I use?
