First off I have to say how impressed I am with TomatoUSB and Toastman. It saved my refurb Cisco e4200. Thank you.

I have run into one curious problem. I have a 3TB NTFS formatted hard drive onto which I've put ripped copies of my home DVDs and blu-ray discs. I can view these movies no problem when I view them directly off of the hard drive (USB to my computer direct) or via shared drive from another PC.
But when I try to view them when plugged in via the router, wireless or not, I can see the DVD directories no problem. But for the blu-ray ones, the top level directory shows up but is empty. (ie: "\\mynetworkname\mydrivename\big movies shows up with nothing underneath). I confirmed via direct USB connect that they are still there. Also of note is that the sub directories have one huge file, and several small ones. none of it shows up, not the sub directory, the small files, the large files.
Another twist: I can copy these dirs with big files using wireless, see them fine via toastman, but when I try to view them using a direct USB connect, on XP and win 7, they show up as corrupted.
I have tried things like going to another computer, connecting via USB, moving the large subdirectories under a new directory (no luck) or even copying the large subdirectories wholesale to another directory on the drive (again, no luck). In both cases it shows up fine when connecting directly via USB, but when I try to see it via the router, it's mysteriously empty. I can see any top-level directories, but nothing underneath.
I wonder if it has something to do with the size of the files HOWEVER I also note that some of the subdirectories have small clips only (100k) and they aren't showing up either.
anyone seen these, any ideas on how to either get this working, or avoid problems going forward?
