I'm trying to configure a static DHCP entry for a laptop with two network interfaces (e.g. wired and wireless). When I create two entries for each MAC address, but try to assign the same hostname twice, I get an error "Duplicate name". Is this a limitation of the web interface or dnsmasq?
Assuming it's a limitation in the web interface, can I configure dnsmasq manually such that the web interface won't be confused or even overwrite my custom changes?
I'm aware I can enter the two MAC addresses in a single entry, but according to the dnsmasq manual this isn't recommended. Especially if both interfaces can be active at the same time, and that does happen in my case.
