Thanks. I've done that, but not sure what i need to do to connect to a WiFi network on my PC. No Wifi connections are shown when i click on the network icon and no Wifi adaptor appears in device manager?
Your PC will think its on a wired connection, it won't know anything about the wireless. It will just know that it is connected via wire to the Asus router. The Asus router is then connected via wireless to your main router. All the settings are handled via TomatoUSB.
Ok, thanks. So i just enter the Username and Pasword as i would for a wired broadband connection? I'll try later when i'm home.
Not quite. You handle all the settings via TomatoUSB. Via the TomatoUSB web GUI you need to tell the Asus router which wireless network to connect to, and give it the appropriate password to connect to your main router. I don't believe there is a tutorial for how to do this in TomatoUSB but there are some for DD-WRT: http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Linking_Routers#Client_.2F_Client_Bridge Be aware that some of the terms used in the DD-WRT and TomatoUSB interfaces may be different (e.g., DD-WRT calls it "Client bridge" while TomatoUSB calls it "wireless ethernet bridge) but the basic concepts should be the same.
