I want to implement some logic to dynamic adjust B/W Limiter, so I need to change and apply the changes inside a script.
I already found the nvram entry to modify, and I can change it. The problem is that the changes are not applied once I change it, but they can be seen in configuration page so it means I changed the right keys. How can I apply them from a script?
What I tried so far:
When you save the changes in webpage, they're applied imediatelly. When you click the "Save" button, it says "Settings saved. Some services are being restarted…".
So I wondered, is some process restarted? Tried to "ps" before and after apply a change, but the table is the same - so no process restarted else the PID would be different.
I checked "/www/qos-qoslimit.asp" to see what was done after you click the "Save" button, but the farthest I could go was:
(...) <form id='_fom' method='post' action='tomato.cgi'> (...)
The logic to restart the service (or whatever it does to apply the changes) seems to be in this tomato.cgi, but I can't find it anywhere (find -name tomato.cgi).
Any clues? I'm stuck here :(
Thanks for your help.
