I just got a brand new Belkin Playmax F7D4301 V1 with 2 USB Ports.
I connected 2 external NTFS harddrives to the ports and have problems mounting both drives at the same time. I also have very low speeds while writing data on the drives.
I know now, that this is normal with the original Belkin Firmware.
So I wanted to try the DD-WRT Firmware but someone told me, to try Toastmen's Builds for my Router.
Sooooo…. I'm a noob in this special thing, but know computers very well…
I first don't know, WHICH build I have to download…. in Toastman's 4shared database are sooo many folders and files, I absolutely don't know which one is the right one?!
Second, I don't know how to flash the new firmware. The DD-WRT should be done with a 30/30/30 reset, then upgrade a special mini-version of the Firmware through the Belkin WebUI, do another 30/30/30 and then upgrade to "big" build. So, how do I handle Toastman's build??
Would be nice if someone could help, I'm not that good in English and have problems to find the right answers myself, so I'm bothering you ;)
Thanks for your help in advance ;)
