I falshed the tomato firmware to my cisco e2000. I have reset the router as instructed and everything seems to be working well except every couple of hours the wifi drops..so I have to power cycle the router in order for the wireless devices to connect again. This did not happen to me with the factory firmware. The power transmit is set to 70-80.. I have also set it to 0 (default)..but no setting helps it keeps dropping the wireless. If I go back the original firmware no drops at all..;.so I know it's not the router, but the firmware.
I really need the feature this tomato firmware has regarding the "intercept port 53" option… this is basically the reason I got tomato.
Is there anything you guys recommend me do to not drop the connection, besides switching over to the fatory firmware?
