I am having trouble using iTunes Home Sharing feature between two machines on my network. The machines are connected to different routers. I realize many people here probably aren't iTunes users but I think the network configuration is a little more complicated than most iTunes users deal with.
My PC is connected to Router A (Linksys E2000 - Tomato v1.28.9054 MIPSR2-beta E2000 Std) via ethernet.
My Laptop is connected to Router B (Asus WL-520GU) Tomato RAF v1.28.8520 _RAF ND USB VPN) via wifi.
Router A and B are connected via ethernet by one of the 4 LAN Ports on each.
I have made a diagram but I am not allowed to post an image due to my karma level. Here is an http address -
The PC can ping the Laptop.
The Laptop can ping the PC.
The PC can see the Laptop in iTunes
The Laptop can't see the PC in iTunes
I am guessing that the firewall is out of the question since I am plugged into a LAN port? Does anyone have any suggestions of settings to change or can point me at a method to debug this problem?
Any help is much appreciated!
