I'm trying to intercept tcp traffic from port 80 on my LAN (It's the best way to make announcements for me).
In my explanation we'll assume that 192.168.1.5 is the client I want to intercept and 192.168.1.2 is the web server that should receive the traffic.
I got it to work by making an entry in the port forwarding page:
TCP : 192.168.1.5 : 80 : 192.168.1.2 : 80
And then setting an additionnal rule manually:
iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -i br0 -s 192.168.1.5 -p tcp —dport 80 -j DNAT —to 192.168.1.2:80
Such forwarding is temporary and I'll often change it. Everytime I edit the port forwarding page my rules are lost anyway.
My question is: is there a way to do it only from the GUI without custom rules?
