I thought I might share with everyone. I have compiled the latest tomatousb firmware with the new wireless driver (tomato-RT-N Branch). So far, it has worked great on my Asus RT-N16 for a couple of days now. :)
There are in fact two versions.
The RT branch reverts the driver to a slightly earlier one that has better support for certain Belkin routers. It also fixes some previous problems with the wireless survey. The RT-N branch has a much newer driver that enables 5GHz support for the E4200 etc. It works on other routers such as the RT-N16 and E3000 too, but some people reported slower performance with it. On the E4200 so far the reported results seem to be very good.
I've posted some builds for both.
