Hey everyone, great FW!
I just purchased a 3TB Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex drive with a USB3.0 interface. After formatting it with Windows 7's partition tool, it was maxed out at 2TB, with the rest as Unallocated space.
I deleted the partition and made a GPT disk out of it, and it showed all 3TB (2,790GB or so), but only when I plugged it into the computer's USB port directly. I flashed my router with Tomato Firmware v1.28.9055 MIPSR2-beta-git-20110414 K26 USB VPN and it sees the drive under "Attached Devices" as:
Seagate FA GoFlex Desk
Partition 'sda' unknown (2,794.52 GB) is not mounted
When I click the MOUNT button, it gives the error:
Failed to mount. Verify the device is plugged in, and try again.
It is plugged in properly, the only strange thing is that the USB light isn't on the router, which I imagine is just a small flaw with the Tomato FW. Everything is enabled under the USB/NAS Storage page (except for USB Printer). It is formatted as a GPT drive with NTFS currently.
Any ideas what may be happening here?? I am a total Linux newbie, so keep your instructions/suggestions easy-to-understand and step-by-step. Thanks so much for your help everyone! :)
