usb_wwan module is only in kernel 3.x. Tomato has K2.6.
I found backport patch:
will try to apply it for tomato :)
root@DD-WRT:/jffs/tmp# dmesg | tail
usb 2-2: USB disconnect, address 2
usb 2-2: new full speed USB device using ohci_hcd and address 3
usb 2-2: configuration #1 chosen from 1 choice
usb-storage: probe of 2-2:1.0 failed with error -5
option 2-2:1.0: GSM modem (1-port) converter detected
usb 2-2: GSM modem (1-port) converter now attached to ttyUSB0
usb-storage: probe of 2-2:1.1 failed with error -5
option 2-2:1.1: GSM modem (1-port) converter detected
usb 2-2: GSM modem (1-port) converter now attached to ttyUSB1
usb-storage: probe of 2-2:1.2 failed with error -1
Any Luck with that usb_wwan?
Thanks in advance.
I would also love to see this added to tomato! trying to get my Sierra 754 to work , and wwan is the only option for "direct ip" mode
(sierra_net.c would also need to be compiled)
