I just upgraded to the latest stable toastman build (Tomato Firmware v1.28.7480 MIPSR2-Toastman-RT K26 USB Ext) for my Asus RT-N16. I've noticed that when rebooting the router it takes much longer for the wireless network to begin broadcasting after it's finished rebooting. Tomato completes its reboot countdown to 0 and then there's still an estimated 10-25 seconds until the wireless signal actually starts broadcasting, or at least until Windows 7 see's it. Unless I am mistaken, with TomatoUSB and vanilla Tomato, the broadcasting was almost instantaneous after rebooting.

The end of the countdown doesn't signify when the router has finished rebooting, it's just a "visual reminder". The routers used to boot faster because the firmware was less complex, these days the page should really be revised to add another 15-30 seconds.
