Here is a redesign of the Captive Portal Splash Page.
If you like it and use, please post. If find a bug, please post. If you have a suggestion, please post.

You can download the latest version here. Use [File] -> "Download original" to download the .zip

Setup:

Extract the downloaded archive to your USB Drive or JFFS
Goto: Captive Portal -> Welcome HTML Path:
Input the location of the splash.html that you extracted. Example: "/tmp/mnt/MICROSD_4GB/Tomato/Captive Portal/splashd_v1.6"
Click [Save]

Hi Austin! (me again xD)
I tried/am using your Captive Portal Splash Page and it looks cool!
It just took me a little while to figure out what was wrong because when I view the html,
it shows me this (btw, I did some 'minor' modifications. I hope you don't mind):

then i found this:

I don't know if it's supposed to be like that but I thought I should remove the "/"
and it came out like this:

My question is, Is this code supposed to be like this?

Hi,

I know this is an old post.

However, Is it possible to present an external web page in splash.html by iframe? If yes, please let me know how…

I have write HTML-code as below but it doesn't work.

Pirate Ship Idea

I'd like to see a splash page where people who connect to your router can create a user account/profile (diaspora?) and also integrates social networking with neighbors who are close enough to log onto your router.

Also like to see a way to make decisions together regarding the shared wifi and other neighbor things like sharing fruit from trees (Loomio?)

Then a way to to donate money towards the cost of the internet (PayPal?).

I think of it as a 'Pirate Ship' because you, the owner of the router, are the captain and the people who join are your crew.

I'd also like to see away of easily banding with other pirate ships (connecting with other Wi-Fi networks/Mesh Networking).
