I am under the impression that when a USB drive is mounted it should launch anything ending with .autorun
For some reason it is not.
Here is what I got:
he permissions are set:
root@unknown:/tmp/home/root# ls -l /opt/mount.autorun -rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 73 Jul 2 01:26 /opt/mount.autorun
the contents of the file:
root@unknown:/tmp/home/root# cat /opt/mount.autorun #!/bin/sh /opt/spindown/sd-idle-2.6 -i 1800 echo "Boot" > /opt/test
sd-idle is not getting launched .. and neither is that test file being created.
(It works fine if I run it manually, but I can not get it to automatically run when the router boots up. )
what am I missing Here?
