Although support for mt-daapd exists, it would be wonderful if a package for forked-daapd could be developed. The current release allows for AirTunes streaming and would be a pretty awesome addition to current functionality.

forked-daapd was discussed briefly in another thread about iTunes support, but that conversation fizzled and I feel like it deserves its own thread. Thoughts out there? Anybody who's more of an embedded dev than I am who can lay out what the issues in getting a package for optware on tomato-compatible hardware would entail?
