I was looking at the configuration of static DHCP and noticed that there is room for two MAC's per definiton. I would like to know what the use case is for this configuration.
I thought it would work with say my laptop which is sometimes wireless and other times wired. When I tried to do this the first interface MAC that get the address doesn't seem to release it when the other interface MAC request's the address.
Any thoughts on how handling devices that have multiple interfaces that only have one active at a time and how you configured this in static DHCP.
