I am having trouble getting the scanning function to work when the printer is connected to to the router via USB. Printing works just fine. The problem is the software needed to scan (currently HP Solution Center) doesn't recognize the printer unless it is connected to the computer. If someone knows how to get this working, either another scan software or settings changed in the Tomato firmware, please help, if it is even possible. Thank you.
My set up:
Window 7 Professional SP1 64-bit
HP Deskjet F4480 printer
Netgear WNR3500L w/ Tomato USB version 1.28
