i am using QoS on tomato since years (usually simple rules).
generally i have the rule, that "my" ip-addresses have full speed access to the internet, the rest (undefined devices and defined guests) have a very low bandwidth (using QoS for limiting bandwidth)
that worked fine on my wrt54g with tomatoraf installed.
with toastman's build it works for download, but not for the upload. I can see that my device is classified correctly with my so called rule "100" (for nearly 100%), but when i upload things it is only getting the upload speed of class "20", which is the default class.
changing the default class to another one the upload speed will increase / decrease according to that class.
can someone explain what i am doing wrong? as workaround i had to change the rate of default-class "20" from "20%-30%" to "20%-100", then it is working again - but in this case i lose the capability of limiting the upload…
anyone who can help?
