Hey Teddy_Bear… i was just wondering if we can get an update anytime soon..pretty pretty please…if not can we get an ETA?

well said (or illustrated)
for the most part, any extra functions I need can be added via optware
(though the bandwidth limiter & some other new things do look enticing)

FYI, I'm currently running "v1.28.7816 MIPSR1-Toastman K26 Mini" on my WRT54GL which has an "IP/MAC BW Limiter" tab on the menu, although I'm not using it since it's not my primary router.
I got itchy enough to go ahead and load Toastman's newest build for my E3000 (with VPN). Looking mighty good here, but I had NO issues with Teddy Bear's ver. 54. An official update will be ready when it's ready. I think the gang is doing a great job here!
BTW, I love that "106 days uptime" above. Priceless! ;)
Many thanks to Teddy Bear and all the guys working on TomatoUSB.

Haha. I don't think I could ever get an uptime like that. I live in Florida and the damn power goes out so much here that getting that type of uptime is not likely. I do have a battery backup but it beeps while it's kicked in so since there's really no point in keeping it going if the internet is out i usually just turn it off to stop the beeping sounds. I only leave it running if it's going to be a short power outage or if i'm going to use it to power my TV and Xbox.
I installed the K26 build 54 ext on my RT-N16 the day after it was released, I have only restarted the router twice since then. Once because I was was re-wiring the power in my basement, and once to rule out the router when I had internet access problems that turned out to be due to my cable modem. I'm pretty darn happy with the stability of this firmware, but I check back in here every few weeks to see if there is an update. I guess it would be nice to have an "official" optware setup script baked in, but that is about it.
Those of you with such long uptime can you run this command :
- iptables -nvL INPUT
and post 1st line of output:
Chain INPUT (policy DROP 7453 packets, 8537586 bytes)
mine is rebooting like crazy every 1-2 days
nothing in logs but noticed a lot of dropped packets even right after reboot
After a reboot also a lot of INVALID packets
