DD-WRT has support for the E3200, it works, but it seems buggy. The 5GHZ radio band doesn't work because Broadcom and Cisco won't release the driver for it (the buggers!). I have it running, but I only use it for a 2nd AP in my house. I was running it as my primary, but the WAN is bizarre, I have to reboot my router & cable modem every time the router is turned on from a 'cold' boot. A simple reboot of the router is just fine, no problems. It works great to get a good signal out into my garage and my back yard at the moment ;)!
I just discovered Tomato for my WRT-610N, it's currently running as my primary now, instead of DD-WRT. I love Toastman's builds, and the working qos & bw limiter. The bandwidth charts are great, and it is fast! I thought DD-WRT was fast after switching to it from the stock firmware, but DANG! :D
Any way that Tomato can be adapted for the E3200? I see support for the 2000/3000/4200 … even if I'm still missing the 5GHZ band, at this point, I don't care. The stronger, more stable G-Band is more than enough for me to stick with DD-WRT/Tomato on this router!
Thanks,
Jonathan
