1) Administration -> Configuration page gets a "Save Configuration locally" option, to save the current config in a fixed place somewhere local (NVRAM, onboard flash, USB flash - whatever's appropriate for the hardware), and a converse "Restore Configuration locally" option. Only one is stored - the last gets overwritten.
2) Administration -> Buttons/LED page then gets "Restore Configuration locally and restart" option added to the drop down button actions. Invoking this reloads the locally saved configuration (presumably done at a strategic time) and restarts the router.
You can then regain access to your router using the SES/AOSS button.
