No probs, probably going to retire this 6 year old router router soon, but before that will hook up serial console and see if I can see what goes wrong, the core-rev is supposed to work with ND wireless, but doesn't get much benefit, have been getting occasional reboots with stock Tomato 1.28 - due I suspect to recent new smart phones - so was looking for a good ND build, vpn not really needed but flash/ram is big enough, and there's no usb but I don't think that matters…
I'm intending to move to K26 and learn about IPV6 …, but not ready to deploy my single RT-N16… which has great potential with usb optware, but not too keen to hack due to cost and uncertain JTAG recovery…
BTW thanks for your posts on LI about "nvram set export" which enabled this exercise, there's of course a possibility I messed that up.
Teddy_bear Build 54 K26 was also unstable, now trying a build 54 K24
Tomato Firmware v1.28.8754 ND vpn3.6
Linux kernel 126.96.36.199 and Broadcom Wireless Driver 188.8.131.52 updates,
Built on Tue, 30 Nov 2010 19:38:48 -0500
and I can see remotely that router still up after 7+ hours and a Gig of traffic, with same nvram config.
