I thought this router can handle p2p traffic well? When ever I have torrents running (JUST 1!) my game will disconnect. Could this be a problem with firmware, router or modem?

It does handle P2P traffic well, but you do have to set it up to do so!
I have an 100 Mbs connection but the download never goes faster than 4 MB/s. Also the download spee is varying trough the download phase from 100 Kb to 3.5 MB/s. Is this the way Tomato w/ Transmission runs ?
Transmission is very resource-intensive, particularly on CPU. Check top and make sure you aren't overloading the router.
From the tomato interface, when downloading 3 torrents, it shows the CPU loading around 2.00 !
CPU or load average? (Tomato will not show CPU utilization in the GUI)
I got it. Checking with top command the transmission-daemon load is around 70-86%. And this with only two torrents at download. I had previously installed Olegs Firmware, but never got this kind of issues…
A MIPS CPU is what it is (read: slow), regardless of what firmware/kernel you're running.
If you had exactly the same transmission version running on Tomato and Oleg, with exactly the same configure options at binary compile time, with exactly the same torrents, both running for at least 15 minutes before the measurement is taken, and you're seeing significantly less CPU utilization with Oleg than you are Tomato, I'd love to see that. The only way I can reasonably explain the difference is that you may not have had the inbound port forwarded properly on Oleg, because the CPU amounts you're talking about is what transmission requires, period - and that's compiled for embedded devices (where encryption is off by default, etc., etc.).
If you're seeing some sort of miracle on Oleg (which is far, far behind Tomato's current state-of-the-art), by all means, I want in!
