OK, so first off let me say I LOVE TomatoUSB it has changed my life.
My current situation:
I am running 1.28.8754 ND USB vpn3.6 on an ASUS 520GU.
I have a WD elements 1TB usb powered HD attached and mounted for NAS storage.
I want to backup files via FTP however, when files are read via FTP they show the wrong modification time.
It doesn't correlate with GMT or local time, the files timestamps all are changed to 4:00pm or 5:00pm.
However the dates are all correct, but because my backup program updates files according to when they were last modified it wants to overwrite all of them which would take approx. 1 1/2 weeks over my connection. (which isn't a feasible option)
However, when I access the files locally over SMB, they all appear with the correct times!
I am wondering if this is a bug in TomatoUSB, or if there is a VSFTP config that will correct this. I have tried re-flashing the router with the same VPN version Tomato with no different results.
Here is an example of FTP times:
and here is SMB times:
PS I know the pics are from different operating systems but i have tried this with Vista, XP, and 7 with no difference.
THANKYOU FOR YOUR HELP!!
UPDATE: also files show dates slightly off as shown in pics!
