I still feel that there is speed differences (several seconds differences instead of instant web page loading) in web pages loading when running vs not running utorrent P2P software.
This is perfectly normal and I can verify this phenomenon. It is a result of the fact that QOS control takes several seconds to change the speed of an existing data stream. This is a normal behavior. To improve web browsing response and to reduce the several second QOS delay, you should favor web browsing by reserving 5 or 10% of the available bandwith for the web browsing category over the P2P category. You can never give P2P 100% potential, and you should never be in such a big fucking hurry for your P2P files to not do this. If you are in a great big fucking hurry to download a particular file via P2P then shut off QOS and stop browsing the web until it has arrived.
If you would like some help to optimize your QOS settings then post some screen shots and state your requirements. There is plenty of help available.
