Hi there. Straight to business, without the usual - I love TomatoUSB, because You know i do :D
I'm running tomato k2.6 on my wl500gp v1. I've been fighting with twonky for a long time now.
optware prepared with prepare_optware script from xtremecoders.org (swap, sda2 as /opt and sda3 at /tmp/harddisk).
I've tried v4, v5 and v6 of twonky with the standard nassetup.exe installer from the version of twonky for wl-hdd. It runs but…. either it dosn't allow me to change the shares (is stuck at /tmp/harddisk) or it just stops after 10 minutes of playback (ps3 as frontend).
I would love to use twonky (yes i have paid for it) but the built in miniDLNA wouldn't be bad also - the problem is that it just disconnects after some time into the movie - ps3 reports not recognizable contents and quits playback saying that media server has been disconnected.
I have tried using -appdata parameter with twonky (v5 and v6) to relocate the database but it doesn't help at all.
I've tried this tutorial http://www.twonkyforum.com/mediawiki/index.php/Asus_Routers_-_Oleg_FW but i have to stop on "echo "/var/twonkymedia" » /usr/local/.files" creation - -sh: can't create /usr/local/.files: Read-only file system
