I need to ban any address originating from *.amazonaws.com and any similar bots I find in the future, from accessing my machines connected to my home router.
Is there a way to do this?
Don't know much about linux or tomato admin scripts, but given how powerful this tomato thing is, I am sure there must be away.
The problem is; every time I boot any of my machines, I get this asshole service, hog all my outbound bandwidth and slows my access to a crawl.
They use different ip addresses. Each time I block a specific ip address, they use another one.
I am surprised as to how little is available googling this subject. The ones I see in forums, ask "why do you want to do that"?
The question was how to do it, not answer why they want to do it.
Any help would be appreciated.
PS: ran bit defender and spy hunter and no viruses found.
