RE: Toastman_BKK

Thanks for the reply - And thanks for letting me know the SRX5308 isn't a good canidate for Tomato :) I felt it was a long shot at best, but I was so impressed with all the extra tools enabled after modding the Linksys e3000 that I figured I would at least ask.

Your reply mentioned "even more tools" from other modders - I'll have to dig around :)
If you get a chance, could you give me some tips on which tools / modders to check out?
Thanks

Therer are even more tools available with versions from the other modders these days. I'm sure SRX5308 will never be supported by Tomato

Hello TomatoUSB Team:

Tonight I finished successful installation of Tomato Firmware v1.28.9054 MIPSR2-beta E3000 USB Ext [Linksys E3000]. I am amazed at the tools I now have. Unfortunately, the E3000 is only used as a wifi-gateway to connect wifi devices to a NETGEAR SRX5308 vpn firewall [Quad WAN/Quad LAN]. The firmware / tools that come from NETGEAR are not comparable to TomatoUSB. I'm really interested to see what you guys could come up with for the SRX5308.
